OUR ROOTS

Early 2018, Eliza attended the Pioneer Valley Grows Forum where she learned about the inhumane living conditions that many migrant farm workers in New England endure. We were inspired by the Marshall Project’s approach to spreading awareness about an issue through short video interviews, realizing how powerful stories from real people’s experiences can be. By spreading video interviews of migrant workers sharing their stories, we aim to include this often silenced population in the voice of the New England community.
